There are 3 ways you can enable your Dialzara agent to receive incoming calls.
1. Promote your new AI phone number to your callers (easiest)
Display your new AI phone number on Google Maps and anywhere customers find you
2. Forward calls from an existing number to your AI phone number. (ease varies based on your phone provider)
The steps to set up call forwarding vary based on your existing phone provider. Follow your existing phone provider’s instructions to set up call forwarding. You can forward as many numbers as you need.
3. Port an existing number from another carrier (takes longest)
If you would like us to port your existing number from your carrier, please fill out the information on this page. We will work with your current provider to move your phone number to your Dialzara account. The process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
