Training your AI receptionist to transfer calls to another phone number
Your Dialzara agent can transfer calls to another number if requested by the caller.
This is useful if you want your agent to pre-qualify a caller before handing it off to a live agent.
First, click on the “Add/Edit” button under Actions.

Next, do the following:
- Enable the “Transfer Calls” option.
- Enter the phone number you want your agent to transfer calls to.
- Write a message for the agent to say before initiating the call transfer.

You can repeat this process for each call transfer you want your AI receptionist to handle.
