Transfering calls

Your Dialzara agent can transfer calls to another number if requested by the caller.

This is useful if you want your agent to pre-qualify a caller before handing it off to a live agent.

First, click on the “Add/Edit” button under Actions.

Next, do the following:

  1. Enable the “Transfer Calls” option.
  2. Enter the phone number you want your agent to transfer calls to.
  3. Write a message for the agent to say before initiating the call transfer.

4. Close the actions window, then open your agents training guide.

In the training guide, paste the below text exactly into your training guide.

## Call Transfers

- **If you feel the caller is expecting you to transfer their call:**
  - Output your response by using a tool.
  - **Do not generate any other text in your response.**
  - **Never read the phone number out loud when transferring.**
