Multilingual Support for Dialzara Agents



Dialzara agents can be configured to communicate in multiple languages, allowing you to better serve a diverse customer base.



Supported Languages



Dialzara agents can currently be programmed to speak the following languages:


  • English (default)
  • Spanish
  • French
  • German
  • Hindi
  • Russian
  • Portuguese
  • Japanese
  • Italian
  • Dutch




How It Works



Once multilingual support is enabled, your Dialzara agent will automatically detect and respond in the language your customer is actively using.


For example:


  • If a customer starts the conversation in Spanish, the agent will respond in Spanish.
  • If the conversation switches to another supported language, the agent will adapt accordingly.



This creates a seamless experience without requiring manual language selection.



How to Request Multilingual Setup



To enable multilingual support for your agent, please contact our support team via chat and include:


  • Your account email address
  • The languages you would like your agent to support



Our team will configure your agent accordingly and confirm once setup is complete.
